Position Summary

Responsible for the design, implementation, security, modernization and operational support of enterprise hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises and Microsoft Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise hybrid infrastructure across on-premises and Azure environments managing 600+ virtual machines.
• Administer VMware vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V, and SCVMM platforms.
• Manage Pure Storage infrastructure, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and hybrid-cloud initiatives.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, and identity governance.
• Support enterprise application onboarding, SSO integration, and access governance.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Office 365, and Defender for Cloud.
• Administer Microsoft Intune supporting 3,000+ devices.
• Secure Azure resources using RBAC, NSGs, Key Vault, and governance controls.
• Manage backup, recovery, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes using PowerShell and Azure Automation.
• Provide Level 3 support, troubleshooting, and technical mentorship.
