Responsibilities

As a Cloud Infrastructure DevOps (Senior) Engineer (f/m/d), you will be the face to the customer and manage incident and service requests for SAP’s PlusOne cloud solution. You will be part of the 7/24 shift rotation and share responsibilities with the rest of the PlusOne team to ensure continuous premium support coverage. This role requires excellent communication skills and expertise in DevOps principles, cloud concepts, Kubernetes and container technologies, and general knowledge in infrastructure technologies such as computing, networking, and storage. You must possess Linux knowledge to navigate and operate the platform on the command line and shell interfaces to analyse issues in the infrastructure and OpenStack platform components like Nova, Neutron, and Cinder. Scripting and programming expertise in Python, Go, Ansible or similar languages is a plus.
You will collaborate with engineers and developers in a multinational DevOps team. Together, you will provide high-quality support and services to our internal and external customers worldwide.
