THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our core technical team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in hybrid infrastructure, security-conscious design, and supporting cloud-first transformation projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure or cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with zero trust principles, firewall configuration, and identity management
• Strong understanding of network security, server hardening, and systems architecture
• Experience in VMware/Hyper-V, Linux/Windows administration
• Good scripting knowledge for automation and configuration tasks
• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Deploy and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure (Azure/AWS + on-prem servers)
• Configure and maintain secure network environments (VPNs, firewalls, VLANs, access control)
• Design and implement scalable architecture for system reliability and uptime
• Perform system hardening, patching, and backup management
• Virtualisation and container management (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V, Docker)
• Monitor performance and security metrics using standard tools
• Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Support internal audits and security compliance processes
• Contribute to solution architecture, pre-sales scoping, and client documentation
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support and mentor junior staff
