Description

Pay: $22/hour Position Summary: Manage Central Station inventory, equipment repair, and return. Assist with Cloud products device enrollment and programing. Job Duties: * Requisition, receive, and stock alarm devices and other materials required by both field and office personnel. * Process return of equipment to manufacturer for repair. * Process all equipment requisitions and provide kitted equipment for work orders 24 hours in advance of scheduled installation/service appointment. * Maintain adequate stock levels, control the release of inventory, and conduct inventory surveys. * Process all incoming shipments daily. * Maintain all reports and logs required for the Shop. * Maintain the Shop in a neat and orderly fashion. * Assist with Setting up Cloud Accounts and device enrollment. * Help with Data entry of system information into accounts in SBN. * All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned. Requirements: * 1-2 years shipping/receiving experience preferred. * Basic Computer Networking Skills Preferred * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Good verbal and written communication skills required. * Good interpersonal skills required. * Word processing and basic spreadsheet skills required. * Proficiency with inventory/database programs preferred. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required. * Final applicant will need to have the ability to pass a pre-employment screening process.
