  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience coaching and developing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
  • Commercial acumen, including managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
  • Confidence in analysing and interpreting market data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience within technology distribution, vendor management, or channel marketing is advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of marketing professionals to deliver exceptional campaigns and business outcomes.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of quarterly marketing activities and strategic campaigns to support the Business Unit/Category vendor set, including brand awareness, targeted campaigns and rich media content.
  • Ensuring a consistent, high-impact message across all channels to drive business unit growth and profitability.
  • Working closely with the General Manager / Vendor Managers to translate business objectives into actionable go-to-market vendor plans.
  • Monitoring and reporting on business unit results from marketing, identifying opportunities for growth, and responding to market trends.
  • Overseeing integrated, innovative marketing plans in line with vendor goals and external stakeholder objectives.
  • Managing and optimising key vendor marketing budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring budget spend aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating across internal and external stakeholders to deliver ROI reporting, achievements against targets, and insights on future direction.
  • Securing vendor funding with a focus on maximising overall marketing investment and exceeding profit expectations.
  • Using market share data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
