As a vital member of our team, you will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. As a Customer Technology Advisor, you will possess strong technical and business acumen, allowing you to provide value driven solutions within the practice services domain(s). In addition to your technical expertise, you will also take the lead in coordinating the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices. Key Responsibilities •Lead Go-To-Market execution for Skytap on Azure in Japan. •Drive customer proposals, opportunity qualification, and end-to-end sales cycle management. •Strengthen collaboration with sector sales, Cloud Modernization, Network & Edge, and other practices. •Build and develop partnerships with Microsoft and key CSP partners to accelerate Skytap adoption. •Coordinate cross-functional alignment across delivery, pricing, finance, and product teams. •Support pipeline creation, forecast accuracy, and revenue realization. Required Skills and Experience •5+ years of experience in IT solution sales, cloud sales, or enterprise technology sales. •Proven track record in selling cloud services, ideally including Azure, AWS, IBM Power, or infrastructure modernization. •Strong understanding of enterprise procurement models in Japan, including CSP, EA/MCA, and partner-led sales motions. •Experience working with large enterprise customers, especially in manufacturing, automotive, or financial sectors. •Ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles (lead generation, proposal development, closing). •Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with sector sales, technical teams, delivery, finance, and global product teams. •Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese (native level) and business-level English. •Ability to manage multiple deals and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment. Preferred Skills and Experience •Experience selling or supporting Skytap on Azure, IBM i/AIX modernization, or Power systems migration. •Knowledge of Azure CSP programs, co-sell frameworks, and partner ecosystem engagement. •Prior experience working in a global IT services company such as IBM, Accenture, TCS, DXC, NTT, etc. •Strong business acumen with the ability to create compelling value propositions, pricing models, and ROI/TCO analyses. •Experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools such as Salesforce or Dynamics. •Capability to lead strategic discussions with C-level executives and align technology outcomes with business goals.
