The Position

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a hands-on Cloud Native Web Developer to drive the design and development of cutting-edge cloud-native applications. This role involves leading the implementation of best practices, enabling rapid deployment, and ensuring high performance, security, and scalability of web solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern cloud architectures and be committed to delivering high-quality, resilient products that support seamless user experiences. You will be able to:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable web applications using modern cloud-native technologies.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (product management, design, engineering) to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design systems, mockups or wireframes into functional, clean, and responsive code.
  • Implement robust and secure cloud-native architectures, leveraging AWS as our primary platform.
  • Optimize web applications for peak performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in cloud-native development and web technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable components and libraries to streamline development processes.
  • Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Demonstrate exceptional skills and take on the role of a capability lead, connecting various teams and establishing best practices across the pharma commercial domain.
