TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• 3+ year’s experience on networking area (OnPremises and/or Cloud)
• Networking technologies e.g. IP routing (especially BGPv4), Global WAN and DNS
• Worked as a Tier2 or Tier3 support for internal or external customer(s) in network related incidents and service requests
• Knowledge of firewall platforms e.g. PaloAlto / Fortinet / Checkpoint
• Cloud Networking: Azure preferred choice, secondary AWS or Google Cloud
• Understanding ITIL-based processes
• Enterprise networking in global scale with possible experience on SD-WAN deployment

SOFT SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent communication skills in both English and Finnish
• Ability to fit well in a teamwork and share information within the team
• Curiosity to learn new things in cloud networking area
• Problem resolving mindset
• Cloud certifications (especially network related ones) are a plus

• Participating to customer projects / migrations in cloud networking area
• Tier 2 / Tier 3 support tasks for Network Managed Service relating to incidents, changing and servicing requests
• Deploying network setups in customer cases per our reference cloud network architecture
