Must have skills : Data Analysis & Interpretation Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are looking for a Nexthink Senior Analyst to join our Digital Workplace team. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing end-user experience using Nexthink's advanced analytics and automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, endpoint monitoring, troubleshooting, and proactive incident prevention aligned with ITIL best practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Nexthink Platform Management & Monitoring Configure, maintain, and optimize Nexthink dashboards and analytics. Monitor real-time end-user experience and system performance. Track device health, application performance, and user sentiment. 2. Incident & Problem Management (ITIL) Identify proactive and reactive issues impacting end-user experience. Perform root cause analysis using Nexthink investigations. Raise and manage Problem records for recurring issues. Participate in Major Incident calls for performance-related outages. 3. Reporting & Analytics Create custom dashboards, reports, and alerts based on KPIs. Provide data-driven insights to improve IT operations. Generate reports on incident trends, application crashes, and system stability. 4. Automation & Remediation Implement Nexthink Act campaigns to automate issue resolution. Develop remediation scripts using PowerShell. Work with automation teams to reduce incident volume. 5. Compliance & Change Governance Ensure changes to dashboards, scripts, and campaigns follow CAB approvals. Support audit and governance requirements. Maintain documentation and SOPs. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years in IT operations, ITSM, or Digital Workplace monitoring. Hands-on Nexthink experience (dashboards, investigations, remote actions). Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, endpoint management, and performance tuning. Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy). PowerShell or Python scripting experience. Strong understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change processes. Preferred Qualifications: ITIL Foundation / Intermediate Certification. Nexthink Professional Certification. Experience with Intune, SCCM, JAMF. Exposure to Power BI, Splunk, or advanced analytics tools.
