Become a Cloud Operations Analyst - Temporary Assignment Up To 6 Months with MPAC
The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) is made up of a team of experts who understand local communities and assess every property in Ontario. What we do provides the very foundation that municipalities use to base the property taxes needed to pay for the services we use every day.

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT FOR THIS ROLE?

You provide operational and technical support to the adoption and integration of Cloud technologies within the IT environment by supporting the evaluation and deployment of Cloud services, systems and applications in accordance with established policies and procedures

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide front line technical support to MPAC staff regarding issues with cloud services, systems and applications
• Support Cloud Operations with incident response including investigating alerts and participating in issues resolution
• Support the Cloud Operations team with the technical setup of Cloud resources and with the development of scripting to automate everyday tasks
• Provide support in times of coverage to set up CI/CD deployment pipeline, monitoring, configurations management and incident response and deploy workloads using Cloud native tools and technologies
• Maintain the patch management process and provide technical support to the agile development teams
• Utilize existing documentation and frameworks to assist with general Cloud Governance
• Keep up-to-date with trends and upcoming technological advancements
