Key Responsibilities Participate in L1/L2 on-call support and drive incident management to resolution Manage AWS/GCP IAM, access requests, VPN, SSO, and JumpCloud administration Support ArgoCD, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipeline operations Administer Vault, PagerDuty/Oppex, Facets, Groundcover, and New Relic monitoring Handle configuration changes, user onboarding/offboarding, and security requests Support Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, Dagster, Elasticsearch, and database operations Review cloud invoices and support cost optimization initiatives Assist with SOC2 audits, key management, and compliance activities Drive the rollout of New Relic and Oppex migrations across teams Maintain and improve operational documentation and runbooks Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Support Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms Basic Kubernetes knowledge and container concepts Experience with IAM, monitoring, and troubleshooting production systems Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security concepts Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
