We are looking for a Cloud Partner Sales Manager to cultivate and grow our relationships with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your technical knowledge and relationship skills to build and grow strong partnerships for Coder.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
  • 2-3 years of experience at AWS or GCP in partner development/sales OR 2-3 years experience managing cloud partnerships for a Series B+ startup
  • You possess a quantifiable record of success in business development, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed objectives and the ability to generate new business through partnerships
  • Deep understanding of complex sales processes, build consensus and be adept at developing relationships at multiple levels
  • Strong work ethic and has moved fast and been successful in a startup environment
  • You are coachable, and can also coach members of the team
  • Willingness to go outside the bounds of their job description and comfort zone
  • You are constantly looking for ways to add value to Coder
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy that drives revenue for both our cloud partners and Coder
  • Cultivate and manage relationships across key partner functional areas (leadership, sales, marketing, product/engineering, etc.)
  • Lead and facilitate QBRs, joint marketing engagements, sales trainings, and other activities to drive partner engagement
  • Maintain deal registrations and records in partner marketplaces and portals
  • Act as the key liaison for partner sales and pre-sales teams to enable us to win new joint customers and expand on current opportunities
