REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in administration of Microsoft Azure and/or multicloud platforms.
• Basic usage of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, preferably Terraform.
• Understanding of monitoring, alerts, logs, and familiarity with tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, Datadog, or similar.
• General knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Familiarity with networking, security concepts, and basic cloud architecture.
• Understanding of basic ITSM processes (incident, change, and ticket management), ideally using tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar.
