Must have skills : Microsoft SharePoint Administration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education JOB SKILL – Microsoft Sharepoint Administration Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of application performance and stability. o SharePoint architecture & information design o OneDrive sync, configuration, and client troubleshooting o Governance and compliance policies across M365 o Content types, metadata, SharePoint search, and site performance tuning Strong PowerShell automation skills (PnP + Graph). Solid understanding of Teams integration, Azure AD, Conditional Access, and M365 security. SharePoint On-Premise 2016 & 2019 SharePoint Online Support OneDrive Support Good to have – Other M365 skills Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Provide support to end-users and address their queries and concerns. - Monitor application performance and stability, and take proactive measures to improve them. - Perform regular maintenance tasks, including system updates and patches. - Document and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Administration. - Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and administration. - Experience in managing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions. - Knowledge of SharePoint workflows and customization options. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint-related issues.
