REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Cloud Platform Implementation: Proven experience in implementing and managing platforms on major cloud providers (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Cloud-Native Expertise: Strong understanding and practical experience with cloud-native architectures (microservices, serverless, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Infrastructure Design: Ability to design highly available, secure, and performant cloud solutions.
• Standardization & Governance: Experience defining and enforcing architectural standards and best practices for cloud adoption.
• Strategic Influence: Capable of advising on technology choices and migration paths to align with broader business and cloud strategies.
• IaC & Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep) for platform delivery.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be instrumental in implementing and refining our hybrid cloud platforms. You’ll ensure they are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient, supporting our evolving business needs and strategic direction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Platform Evolution: Implements scalable, secure, and cost-efficient hybrid cloud platform solutions.
• Technology Standards: Defines best practices and standards for cloud-native technologies and their adoption.
• Strategic Consulting: Advises on cloud service selection and cloud migration strategies, supporting Amadeus Cloud Strategy.
