Here is what you will need: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with 5+ years in cloud engineering roles, preferably in healthcare or radiology environments. * Advanced proficiency in Azure/AWS services, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM). * Deep understanding of clinical data security, HIPAA/HITECH compliance, and privacy frameworks.Experience supporting EHR, PACS, VNA, telehealth, and imaging analytics platforms. * Familiarity with radiology workflows, imaging modalities, and cloud-based AI/ML tools for diagnostics. * Strategic leadership and decision-making under pressure, especially in clinical and imaging environments. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with executive, clinical, and technical teams. * Certifications in cloud (AWS, Azure), healthcare IT (CPHIMS, Epic, Cerner), and security (CISSP, HCISPP) are highly desirable.    A Day in the Life of a Cloud Platform Engineer: * Provide services and support for the following areas: * Clinical Data Security & Compliance * Architect and maintain cloud environments with robust encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access controls (RBAC) to safeguard PHI and imaging data. * Implement continuous monitoring, logging, and real-time alerting for suspicious activity and misconfigurations in clinical systems. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, SOC2, and radiology-specific privacy regulations; conduct regular risk assessments and audits.  * Interoperability Standards * Design and support cloud-based integration of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 v2/v3, FHIR (RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth2), and DICOM for imaging data exchange. * Enable seamless data sharing between EHRs, PACS, VNAs, and third-party clinical applications, supporting both imaging and non-imaging workflows. * Develop and maintain APIs and middleware for real-time exchange of clinical and imaging data, supporting radiology reporting, scheduling, and analytics. * Radiology-Specific Cloud * Architect and optimize cloud-based PACS/VNA solutions for high availability, low-latency retrieval, and disaster recovery across multiple. * Support radiology workflows with scalable storage (e.g., S3 Intelligent-Tiering, Glacier), automated DICOM de-identification, and secure remote access for teleradiology. * Integrate AI/ML pipelines for imaging analytics, annotation, and clinical decision support, leveraging cloud-native tools and APIs.microsoft+1 * Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to ensure cloud platforms meet diagnostic, reporting, and workflow requirements, including support for multimodal imaging and advanced visualization. * General Healthcare IT Cloud Responsibilities  * Drive automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates) for clinical and imaging. * Establish and enforce cloud governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance standards. * Optimize cloud performance and cost through advanced monitoring and analytics, especially for imaging and clinical data. * Serve as a technical escalation point for critical incidents affecting patient care and imaging systems; lead root cause analysis and resolution.  Why Solis Mammography? * A Great Place to Work, earning this prestigious award for multiple years running. * Offer competitive benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Paid Holidays, Backup Child/Adult Care as well as other unique benefits.
