• Active listening skills to understand clients’ needs, and collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience working on strategic transformation and technical delivery projects with similar objectives and scope.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders and users to define requirements and user stories, success criteria, and an ability to manage evolving priorities across the program.
• Experience maintaining and grooming a backlog.
• Experience managing varying-sized teams for both strategic consulting services and tactical delivery execution for larger multi-team projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree required or 4 years of relevant work experience required
