ABOUT HARBOR COMPLIANCE

Join Harbor Compliance, a pioneering leader in the compliance industry, recognized by Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500. Merging with Labyrinth, Inc. in 2021, we’ve expanded our reach to over 35,000 clients, leveraging advanced technology to simplify business licensing and legal entity management. This is a high-impact, hands-on technical position where your Azure expertise and site reliability engineering (SRE) practices will directly influence the availability and resilience of our systems. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, IT Services, DevOps, and Security teams to build infrastructure that is cloud-native, automated, observable, and secure
Success in this role will be measured by high system availability, proactive monitoring, robust disaster recovery, effective project execution, and knowledge sharing within the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience in cloud networking and infrastructure engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or DevOps engineer in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services, including VMs, VNETs, Load Balancers, Resource Groups, Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, and ARM templates.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure design, including multi-region architecture, auto-scaling, failover, and disaster recovery.
  • Experience implementing monitoring, tracing, and logging in distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Working knowledge of Linux/Windows system administration, networking, and database fundamentals (MySQL/PostgreSQL/NoSQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400) are a strong plus.
  • Experience working in a compliance-driven environment (SOC2, HIPAA, ISO).
  • Experience with cost management and Azure cost optimization strategies
