REQUIRED SKILLS

• Deep understanding of the security models of cloud providers and cloud native operations.
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying software in at least one of the major public.
• Cloud providers (such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure).
• Hands-on experience in the adoption of cloud technologies at enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with open source cloud technologies, such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with modern “cloud native”/DevOps practices.

• Definition of vision and strategic plans.
• Design and evaluation of software and infrastructure architectures.
• Research on industry landscape and technology developments.
• Authoring technical reports and presentations.
• Partnering with leaders and engineers to influence and define execution plans.
• Presenting to audiences at varying levels of the organization.
• Creating prototypes and/or proof of concepts to demonstrate that a proposed solution would work.
• Mentorship of junior engineers and technical leaders.
