Descripción del empleo We are looking for a Cloud Service Manager for our Cloud Team and their tasks will be: Responsible for overseeing the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of cloud services across the organization. He/she will act as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and service providers to ensure that cloud services meet agreed-upon SLAs, compliance standards, and business needs. The mission is to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovation in cloud service management. Requisitos Must requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud service delivery or IT service management Proven experience managing cloud services in enterprise environments Strong understanding of cloud operations, SLAs, and service lifecycle management Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors Used to follow up and coordinate operation tasks Required technical skills: Deep knowledge of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud governance and Service delivery manager (BAU/Run) Proficiency in service performance monitoring and reporting Familiarity with cost optimization and cloud financial management (FinOps) Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes Optionals technical skills: Certifications: ITIL v4, PMP, FinOps Certified Practitioner Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud strategies Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps practices Knowledge of contract and vendor management Background and experiences: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Equivalent experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of formal education Technical environnement : ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management Monitoring & Reporting: Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Grafana, Power BI Frameworks: ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 Información adicional What do we offer? -Indefinite contract -Salary according to the experience provided. -Career plan: we offer an attractive professional career depending on the experience and personal potential within a company in continuous evolution and with a solid growth. -Training plan in technological competences in accordance with the requirements of the projects and clients. -Flexible remuneration: we offer you an à la carte remuneration with the possibility of choosing different products and modelling yourself how to distribute them: health insurance, meal tickets, childcare, transport card, etc. -Flexible working hours
