Description
Your Expedition (Position Overview) As a key member of the IT team, the Cloud Services Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of operating and maintaining cloud platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Intune, Azure services, and JAMF.  This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all Intune-related support tasks including OS updates and application patching. Special emphasis will be placed on endpoint management design and maintenance, desktop application management, and ensuring the overall health of our endpoint devices, but will also assist with maintaining Azure/cloud infrastructures.   This is a remote role.   Going the Extra Mile (Responsibilities) * Provide support for Intune, JAMF, Azure services, and any applicable services relating to Cloud Infrastructure * Monitor the health of systems via Intune (deployment failures, compliance, etc.), working closely with IT Ops to close gaps * Regularly review Intune product changes, issues and new features and communicate them to the team * Work on new deployment items and methods as they arise (shared devices, new use cases, etc.) * Test, package, and deploy business applications * Work with Security and infrastructure teams to develop/test/implement device configuration profiles as well as compliance & security policies * Regularly review policies, apps, and devices to determine more efficient ways to manage * Manage and maintain groups used for deployments along with privileged access to Intune * Provide L2/3 troubleshooting and support to end users and members of the IT Ops team * Resolve operational issues, along with maintaining upgrades, patching and vulnerability remediation * Provision and keep current all network, compute, storage, web, and container resources * Manage and maintain backup infrastructure * Implement operational and security policies in accordance with best practices * Participate in operations and applications development projects as required * Assist with information security and compliance initiatives * Document architecture, procedures, and process as required * Evaluate and respond to the scaling and capacity requirements within each environment   Your Passport to Success (Qualifications) * Minimum of 5 years of systems administration experience within Azure, Security, and Endpoint management * Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent certifications and/or experience. * Expertise with a variety of command-line interfaces such as Powershell, CMD, Linux Shell, etc. * Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and details to individuals at all levels of the organization * Experience creating technical documentation * Must have a continuous improvement mindset * Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis across a complex environment * Must be highly motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and adapt to changes as needed * Must be respected among IT peers and users * Must possess a continuous improvement mindset * Must possess high level of attention to detail * Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US * This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the position   Preferred Qualifications * Demonstrated competence with Intune * Critical thinking and learning skills * Experience with PatchMyPC * Intermediate PowerShell skills * Strong Windows system administration skillset * Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting skills * Experience with Windows and application update management * Experience with application and configuration testing and deployment * Ability to articulate Intune alerts and communicate as needed * Extensive knowledge with PC, Mac and mobile device hardware technology     Your Benefits Onboard   In addition to Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Direct Travel/ATPI offers a Total Rewards Package which includes Retirement Plans, Wellness, Rewards and Recognition, Sustainability, DE&I initiatives, and Mental Health Support.   Embark on the next step in your career journey with Direct Travel!   Direct Travel/ATPI is one of the fastest growing Travel Management Companies (TMC) in the world.
