Project Role : Cloud Services Engineer Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends. Must have skills : New Relic Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Cloud Services Engineer, your day involves serving as the key connection between the client and internal operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of support issues. You monitor the health of service delivery, keeping all stakeholders informed about performance status and potential risks. Your role includes overseeing cloud orchestration and automation processes to maintain service levels with minimal interruptions. Regularly, you organize and lead performance review meetings to discuss consumption patterns and trends, fostering transparency and continuous improvement in cloud service management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud service delivery and operational efficiency. - Assist in documenting processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in New Relic. - Experience in monitoring and managing cloud infrastructure performance using New Relic tools. - Ability to analyze service delivery metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Familiarity with cloud orchestration and automation concepts to support operational goals. - Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical challenges effectively. - Excellent communication skills to liaise between clients and internal teams.
