Prioritize issues of varying severity, and effectively manage the resolution or escalation of all issues efficiently within our ticketing system Focus on providing and documenting solutions and root cause analysis for medium complexity customer issues, using a customer-centered approach Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues Execute build deployments according to providing instructions Installing/configuring Apache, Java, Tomcat Basic Oracle commands (select, insert, delete, join) Linux operating system ETL tools (Pentaho PDI, Informatica IICS, Informatica PowerCenter) Troubleshooting skills 2+ years working in an IT Help Desk type environment Understanding of Cloud technology Basic command line Linux Skills Basic Oracle skills Basic troubleshooting skills Associates degree in a technical field (IT, CS, Programming, etc.) + 2 years of technical work experience OR Bachelors in a technical field (IT, CS, Programming, etc.) Must be a US Citizen Must have or be able to obtain a Security level clearance
