Responsibilities
  • Leadership& Autonomy: Independently lead and manage end-to-end Managed Review projects across EMEA, with full ownership over review strategy, execution, and client satisfaction
  • Client-Facing Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, lead high-level meetings, and represent the OpenText Managed Review team in strategic discussions
  • Strategic Oversight& Mentorship: Mentor junior review managers, shape departmental goals, contribute to training materials, and drive best practices across teams
  • Cutting-Edge Technology& Innovation: Play a key role in the adoption of AI-powered review tools and technologies, while staying current with industry trends and eDiscovery advancements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Product, Sales, Training, and Professional Services to ensure integrated, client-aligned service delivery
  • Performance& Quality Management: Supervise entire review lifecycle (including QC and Handoff), manage team performance, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance
