Customer Centricity: * Be the trusted Technical Delivery Lead and advisor to large enterprise customers in the region. Act as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback into engineering, insights on usage and application patterns and help accelerate solution delivery through Architectural Reviews, Proof of Concepts/MVP applications, environment setup and code-with customers. * Enable adoption, delivery oversight and escalation support for Cloud Adoption Factory engagements across all countries in the region. * You will deliver excellence as you own your committed pipeline and ensure delivery in alignment with customer expectations. Technical Leadership: * Lead architecture design sessions, develop Data & Analytics roadmaps, and drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to accelerate adoption and ensure long-term technical viability. * Drive technical though leadership and apply new learnings to support customers and internal teams' skilling. Learn new technologies or services that are aligned to customer needs and common patterns seen in Cloud-based application deployments. Successful candidate possesses: * Track record of driving customer/partner success at enterprise level. * Communication and presentation skills to drive CXO level conversations. * Ability to connect business and technology areas and drive improvements. * Experience in developing and expanding relationships with key stakeholders. * Ability to anticipate and manage business and technical risks. You will demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals as you accelerate customer outcomes and engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey. OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure/application technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting. 12+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) and on technical projects.
