We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Data and Analytics, who is passionate about driving our customers’ transformation on Microsoft Azure. This is a customer-facing role, owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, and operational health engagements. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consultin
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with hands-on expertise designing and delivering cloud-based data analytics projects.
ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
- 4+ years experience working on technical projects
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
- Proficiency in Azure data services such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, and Cosmos DB.
- Experience with cloud-based data migration and modernization strategies across relational and non-relational databases.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, performance optimization, and real-time analytics.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies and distributed computing.
- Technical certifications in Azure Data or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600 per year.
