Acting as a trusted advisor, the CSA translates business goals into solution designs that align with industry best practices and emerging trends, while advocating for customer needs across engineering, field, and partner teams. This role combines technical depth with strategic insight. It requires the ability to articulate ROI, drive change management, and foster customer success planning. The CSA identifies opportunities to accelerate usage and consumption, ensures operational excellence, and promotes innovation through Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. Recognized for technical leadership and customer obsession, the position plays a critical role in shaping transformation outcomes and scaling success across the organization.
