THE ROLE

At Envitia, we’re looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to join our consulting division and help design and deliver cutting-edge cloud solutions for clients in the national security sectors. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, combining our in-house product suite with the latest commercial technologies to meet complex customer needs.
You’ll also contribute to the evolution of Envitia’s internal capability, shaping innovative frameworks, methodologies, and concept demonstrators that drive our technical excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience in national security environments who’s ready to take ownership, influence change, and make a real impact.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyse client requirements, translating them into tailored solutions.
• Develop technical strategies and advisory artefacts to support organisational change.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of modern solution architectures across various technologies and platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide technical leadership in solution reviews, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the design of cross-cutting managed services for Envitia and its clients.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential market impact.
• Ensure all solutions align with Envitia’s architecture policies and standards.
• Develop cost models, risk assessments, and business cases for proposed solutions.
