We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in cloud-based endpoint management and virtualization solutions, who is passionate about driving our customers’ AI transformation and enabling secure, AI-enhanced workplace experiences. This is a customer-facing role that serves as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization across Microsoft’s endpoint solutions, including Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Intune. Responsibilities Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation: Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned to high ROI customer outcomes. Ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value. Drive Customer Success: Lead architectural design, engaging with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of Windows 365, AVD, and Intune, securing long-term customer success and renewal. Explore growth opportunities: Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive expansion and business value realization. Accelerate Customer Cloud and AI Endpoint Journey: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer’s AI transformation journey. Embrace a growth mindset: Act as the voice of the customer by proactively sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution. Learn-it-all: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous, self-directed learning in areas such as endpoint management, virtualization, AI integration, business value realization, and adoption and change management. Build and maintain technical readiness aligned to Customer Success Unit (CSU) priorities and corporate initiatives. Qualifications Required Qualifications (RQs) Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business. or related field AND demonstrable years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/architecture, systems administration, network operations, technology solutions Preferred Qualifications (PQs) Business Value: The ability to convey the business need and value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision makers. This includes the ability to persuade and inform based on facts and alignment with goals and strategy Trusted Advisership: The ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders (e.g., technical decision makers, business decision makers) through an understanding of customer needs and technologies. Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs. Situational fluency: Using self-awareness as a mechanism to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to increase your ability to "read the room." Insightful listening: asking insightful questions to understand the customer needs, issues, business environment and drivers, and going beyond what is said Experience and knowledge in foundational AI, Copilot for M365, and/or Copilot Agents Experience and Knowledge of Adoption and Change management in an enterprise environment This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
