Description

Develop and maintain relationships with key customer IT decision-makers to drive long-term cloud adoption. Enable them to become cloud advocates while acting as the Voice of the Customer—sharing insights, best practices, and collaborating with Engineering teams to remove blockers. Deliver excellence in execution by owning your committed pipeline and ensuring delivery aligns with customer expectations. Resolve technical blockers preventing go-live of customer success projects by leveraging Windows Server and Azure Infrastructure expertise. Demonstrate a growth mindset through continuous learning aligned to team priorities and Customer Success goals. Engage in communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize reuse, and learn from others to accelerate customer transformation journeys. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting Proficiency at level 400 in Windows Server Infrastructure including virtualization, Azure Infrastructure Services, knowledge of other technologies like an Active Directory, Hyper-V or Security is advantage. The successful candidate must have or be able to obtain the security certificate entitling access to classified information with the clause “SECRET, NATO SECRET, SECRET UE/EU SECRET” or higher, issued by SKW or ABW. Fluent in Polish. This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. *
