Ensure smooth integration and optimal performance across all devices. Endpoint Security: Implement advanced security strategies to safeguard endpoints against threats. Configuration Management: Manage the configuration, deployment, and lifecycle of endpoint devices. Develop and maintain SCCM packages, applications, and task sequences for software distribution and OS upgrades. Policy Development: Define and enforce endpoint management policies and procedures to ensure adherence to organizational security standards and best practices. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Continuously track system health and performance. Diagnose and resolve issues related to SCCM, Intune, and endpoint devices to maintain peak functionality. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in endpoint management and security. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).4+ years experience working on technical projects.Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications). Experience: Demonstrated success as a Cloud Solution Architect or in a similar role, specializing in endpoint management and security. Customer Relationships: Proven ability to build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with customers. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
