Description

A Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) within the Cloud & AI Platforms Global Customer Success team focused on helping customer jumpstart Azure projects with zero-cost deployment assistance by leveraging the Cloud Accelerate Factory, also known as the Factory. Customer-Centric Approach: End-to-end ownership of Factory engagements to help customers jumpstart their Azure projects with no-cost deployment assistance. Provide Factory delivery oversight which includes being hands-on with delivery based on business requirements. Deliver proactive technical program management for Factory engagements by overseeing project execution and mitigating delivery risks, ensuring seamless coordination and successful outcomes for customers. Business Impact: Orchestrate effective execution of Partner + Factory delivery to scale reach and impact across all customer segments. Drive the acceleration and removal of delivery blockers for Factory projects within Japan as the primary territory of responsibility. Additionally, as part of the Global Customer Success team, the role will remain flexible to support other regions and countries when required. Maintain deep technical hands-on delivery expertise from Azure infrastructure, data and AI to refactor and re-platform customer's application stack. Demonstrate technical depth in delivery by employing best practices and repeated IP to accelerate Factory delivery execution. Extract learning, actionable insights from Factory delivery execution by closing the loop with Technical Success colleagues to improve IP, offerings and process flows. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technology Management. 5+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or Business Applications consulting OR equivalent experience. Japanese full working proficiency. Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 (Advanced level) is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills in Japanese as well as English. You must be legally authorized to work in Japan to be eligible for this role.
