Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect with a strong Information Security background to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level cloud solutions for our B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have experience serving clients in industries such as internet and blockchain, with the ability to deliver high-standard security strategies that safeguard systems and data in complex network environments. You will assess clients’ organizational structures, systems, and processes to identify security gaps, and design comprehensive solutions that seamlessly integrate business needs with cloud technologies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design & Implement Cloud Solutions – Create enterprise-grade cloud architectures that meet client needs, including cloud migration, deployment, optimization, and security strategies.
  • Provide Expert Consultation – Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, deliver tailored cloud solutions, guide implementation, and offer ongoing technical advice.
  • Enable Client Success – Deliver technical training, help clients adopt our products and services, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Optimize Performance & Manage Costs – Monitor cloud usage using data analytics tools, produce regular performance and cost reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Enhance Products & Services – Collect client feedback and collaborate with product teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support Business Growth – Recommend relevant cloud services to meet evolving client needs, and work with sales to promote new products and cross-sell solutions.
