We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architecture-ABS Office Apps highly skilled professional with advanced expertise in Office Apps, Office Suites, and Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise. The ideal candidate excels at installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Office Apps—including deploying, administering and troubleshooting Office Suites and/or Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise. integration with Office Online Server, Sharepoint and OneDrive, ensuring seamless operations within IT environments This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical, non-technical and leadership contacts at customers. Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. Extensive experience with Office configuration, deployment, and management across platforms (Windows, MacOS, Web, and Mobile), including use of tools like MECM, Intune, AppStore, MDM, and Cloud Updates. Experience with Integrated Apps / Centralized Deployment, managing policies for Office Apps (Group Policy, Intune Policy, Cloud Policy), using the Office Apps Admin Center, and handling Integrated Apps/Centralized Deployment Other Requirements: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Additional or Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 3+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). 2+ years experience working on technical projects. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications). Cloud Solution Architecture IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
