Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Cloud Solution Architect to drive high priority customer initiatives in enabling customers to bring their AI-powered applications to production scale on Azure platform in collaboration with partner and the Microsoft field in Enterprise accounts segment of our business.  This is a customer-facing role, owning overall technical relationship pivotal in driving delivery excellence, technical depth, and customer success across Unified and Factory engagements, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements. You will own the Azure based applications platform and AI technical support post sales including architectural design review sessions, specific implementation projects, partnering with customer and partner to build MVPs and trouble solving and prevent the issues and support building more efficient systems with Well-Architect framework. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and success leading deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management and Developers to drive AI-powered applications Platform to productions.
