REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • German and English speaking

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  • Experience working on technical projects.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).

Responsibilities
  • Delivers efficient, seamless customer and partner experiences with minimal supervision. Understands customer goals and helps define success criteria. Addresses dissatisfaction proactively and may assist in implementing strategies to enhance experience, value, and transformation.
  • Identifies, escalates, and mitigates blockers to speed up solution deployment and value realization with minimal oversight. Develops and applies business, technical, or industry knowledge to architecture or support projects, addressing IT requirements and constraints with little guidance.
  • Identifies and communicates delivery gaps to teams and stakeholders, links patterns across business and technology to drive product or process improvements, and helps scale solutions with minimal guidance. May also assist in developing or updating Microsoft’s frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for Consumption, Usage, and Unified expansion by aligning Microsoft solutions with customer needs to support cloud success, security, resiliency, and AI innovation. Engages customers and partners through active listening and constructive feedback, advocating for alternative solutions that better meet their requirements. Monitors industry trends and gathers insights to align architectures with business objectives. Records and executes on opportunities collaboratively using Microsoft’s Customer Engagement Model.
