CLOUD SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Climb Global Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for a technology leader who thrives in designing scalable, cloud-native solutions and mentoring teams through digital transformation in legacy environments.
As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure. You will lead the design of container-based or serverless architectures, build and optimize DevOps pipelines, and define logging and messaging strategies. You will play a key role in guiding agile solution designs from inception to enterprise-scale deployment, while mentoring teams and fostering a modern engineering mindset.

Climb Global Services is a technical services team of cloud adoption and migration specialists, supporting all aspects of cloud adoption from migration to training and enablement services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Experience with logging and monitoring frameworks in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of messaging engines and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Experience working in agile teams and scaling solutions from MVP to enterprise level.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
• Experience working in an environment with D365 F&O & D365 CE (CRM) will be an added advantage.

• Serve as the authority on cloud engineering, overseeing and optimizing all aspects of cloud strategy and implementation.
• Architect and design innovative, scalable cloud-based systems that address complex business challenges as per modern industry standards
• Develop and implement advanced testing methodologies for cloud systems, ensuring unparalleled performance, security, and reliability.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps architecture for efficient software delivery.
• Define and implement logging, monitoring, and observability strategies using tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Conduct high-level evaluations of cloud infrastructures, providing strategic insights for optimization, cost-efficiency, and technological advancement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the organization’s long-term cloud strategy and align it with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to iteratively deliver business value.
• Mentor developers and engineers, promoting best practices and modern development methodologies.
• Drive mindsets change and modernization in legacy environments through coaching and architectural leadership.
