SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive experience in IT project delivery or Senior Engineer roles with a focus on the microsoft suite
• Proven record of delivering complex IT projects successfully, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Suite along with Modern Work solutions
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell
• Strong understanding of security and compliance in a Modern Work context.
• Knowledge and application of relevant Australian Privacy Standards
• Certification in Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Modern Workplace
• Certification in project management methodologies, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile
• Candidates with Managed Services Provider (MSP) background will be highly regarded

• Lead the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 Tools, enhancing hybrid work environments with Modern Work solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users to maximise adoption and efficiency
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and guidelines, accurately representing the integration and serving as a reference for development teams.
• Mentor colleagues offering guidance and feedback.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and other internal and external parties, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively communicating the project, explaining complex technical concepts, addressing concerns or questions related to the architecture, and reviewing and approving technical designs.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or ARM
• Monitor and optimize Azure environments including cost, licensing and identity management
