Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cloud Support Administrator (Digital Escort) to support a critical intelligence cloud security program in the following locations; Reston, VA; Redmond, WA. The team is seeking IT support specialists who are experienced with Microsoft cloud environments to support an on-going classified program.

Clearance: Top secret/SCI required w/ Full Scope Poly (preferred)
Location: Reston, VA, Redmond, WA
Schedule: Shift work – 24x7 operational environment (night shift)

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CLOUD SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR:

  • Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance
  • Must be willing to work one shift, no dual employment
  • Certifications: IAT II, AZ900 (preferred)
  • Willingness to shift work, as 24/7 support is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills and focus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of related professional experience
  • Experience with MS technologies and ticketing systems; Active Directory, JIRA, ServiceNow, Netmom, Windbg
  • Basic scripting using Java, Python, Linux, Powershell, JavaScript in cloud based environments (preferably Azure)
Responsibilities
  • Complete incoming tickets through Remedy, ServiceNow or other ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues utilizing customer tools
  • Document all findings from tickets and incidents
  • Automate and troubleshoot tasks using various scripting languages and services
  • Provide end-user support to customers at the Tier I-III level in cloud based environments
