Description

Infosys is seeking a Cloud Support Analyst who will be responsible for onboarding applications, resources to the Commercial Cloud, USGCI Cloud and Container Platform.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bellevue, WA or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At Least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • At least 2 years of Experience in AWS or Azure or GCP.
  • Experience in onboarding applications/resources to the Commercial Cloud, USGCI Cloud and Container Platform.
  • Responsible to Onboard applications/teams per defined process and for verification and customer notifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Kubernetes and K8s Administrative tasks
  • Ability to upgrade K8s clusters
  • Knowledge on Observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus etc.
  • Python programming language with hands on and any work experience in certificate management tools
  • Should be familiar with integrating security solutions to Kubernetes Container platform
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
