This role involves creating solutions for complex real-time scenarios, deploying and maintaining large scale solutions Job Description Perform technical problem diagnosis and resolution Troubleshoot and/or escalate customer technical issues. Collaborate with Client spoc, and other Tech Vedika L2 teams to resolve service interruption problems as per SLA. Assess, analyze, and make technical recommendations to improve customer supported systems Perform system configuration changes / updates based on SOP. Effective communication, ensure customers are well informed Where appropriate, perform customer follow-ups to gather further information to drive issues through to resolution Relentless client-focus, and ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service. Update daily/ weekly status reports Qualifications Diploma/ Graduate / Engineering with good communication (written and verbal) skills Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts Fair understanding of system management including Email/Chat Ability to work independently and with other members of the technical and operations teams. Zeal to learn new cloud technologies pertaining to AWS and services Good problem-solving skills & interpersonal skills Additional Qualifications: AWS cloud practitioner and Linux.
