WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re seeking a skilled Cloud Technical Account Manager wo join our team and to help us onboard clients into Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools. You will be responsible for deploying and managing CSPM solutions across multiple client environments, ensuring robust cloud security posture while serving as technical liaison between our company and clients, and our CSPM vendors.

REQUIREMENTS

1-3 years experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong understanding of cloud security principles and compliance requirements
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, particularly Terraform implementation
Experience interpreting and implementing security policies at scale
Desirable Qualifications:
Cloud certification preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Administrator Associate, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, or equivalent). Security-focused certifications are a plus.
Previous experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar client-facing role in the security industry
Familiarity with common cloud threats and attack vectors
Familiarity with major CSPM toolsets and their capabilities across different cloud platforms (Palo Alto Prisma, Wiz, Crowdstrike CSPM, Aikido CSPM)
