The Role We’re expanding our CloudOps team to meet growing demand for our AWS managed services. As a CloudOps Support Specialist, you’ll be part of a team of AWS-certified experts responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimizing our clients’ cloud environments. You’ll work directly with businesses who trust us to keep their critical infrastructure running around the clock. What You’ll Do Monitor & Respond: Provide monitoring and rapid response to incidents, ensuring minimal downtime for client environments Optimize Performance: Proactively identify and implement performance improvements across AWS infrastructure Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions Client Communication: Serve as a technical point of contact, explaining complex cloud concepts in business-friendly terms Continuous Improvement: Contribute to automation initiatives and service delivery improvements What We’re Looking For Required: AWS certification (Solutions Architect Associate, SysOps Administrator, or equivalent) 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.) Strong troubleshooting skills Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and verbal) Willingness to participate in on-call rotation Nice to Have: Additional AWS certifications (Professional level, Security, Advanced Networking) Experience with monitoring tools and automation frameworks Why Join Elastic Move?
