A fantastic opportunity has become available at Yorkeys Knob Boating Club and Half Moon Bay Marina and boatyard facility. This is a full-time dynamic role that has responsibility for client services, marina & yard duties, service and management of fuel and office administration.
You will provide an exceptional client experience, presenting the facility in a professional manner and keeping the safety of clients and the public at the highest levels at all time.
This is a shared role to facilitate a 7-day operation. Weekends and midweek hours are to be rotated as are public holidays, so flexibility in work hours is crucial.

Responsible for assisting customers’ berth vessels, meet and greeting customers, dock walks, supervise and perform routine maintenance of the Marina, Buildings, Vehicles and Outdoor areas. The carrying out of general maintenance, grounds duties, fuel service (Including refueling boats, performing dips), Haulage, meter reading and other duties as required. A high level of communication skills, general handyman knowledge and ability to manage a team is required.

• Experience in Microsoft Office, Pacsoft NG management is desirable
• At least 2 years of experience working in, or overseeing, a physical operation with supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lead and manage a team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance and management
• Overseeing and managing Marina and Club maintenance
• First aid, CPR, and other safety certifications are preferred.
• A current licence, towing skills and boat knowledge is required.

A criminal history check may be required, professional references will be checked. A minimum of 2 years experience in similar work experience is required.
