Maintaining Tamarack’s Standards of Guest Service is paramount, and as a Club Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in upholding these esteemed standards. And your knowledge of the Club operations will ensure our Members will have a lasting memory of their time at the Club. With genuine care and consideration of our club members' expectations, you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties assisting the Club Managers and Event Coordinator. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet and serve our members, assisting during events and ensuring our club members have the best possible experience while in the club. RESPONSIBILITES Utilize your customer service skills by greeting each member and their guests, making them feel welcome and valued. Enjoy taking pride in your organization skills and efficient work ethic while completing club events and function set up, execution, monitoring and cleanup as designated by the Event Coordinator and Club Managers. Efficiently and properly perform all service standards to exceed guest and co-associate expectations. Be attentive and proactive as you attend to the needs of the members during functions and function-related duties. Be diligent and follow all details as described on Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s). Express your eye for detail while setting up functions, maintaining a clean and orderly environment and giving excellent customer service experience. Light housekeeping duties including wiping down surfaces, vacuum and mop as necessary to ensure a clean environment. Self-starter and utilize good time management skills while doing duties quickly and efficiently and looking for other tasks that need to be done. Able to lift up to 40 pounds. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disability to perform the essential functions. Two years’ previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting with a working knowledge of food and beverage service. Must be able to work varied shifts, including Weekday Evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in English both written and oral. Previous customer service experience required. Computer literacy in Microsoft Window applications required. Must possess a professional presentation. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Highly responsible & reliable. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm, and courteous at all times. Adaptability to changes in work environment and able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. Must enjoy working and interacting with the public.
Responsibilities
