DEPARTMENT: Club Lounge JOB TITLE: Club Lounge Concierge REPORTS TO: Club Lounge Supervisor SUPERVISES: NA PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: Responsible for assisting all Club Level guest in providing genuine care and comfort. RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES: * Service of food and beverage to include delivery of food and/or beverage items from kitchen areas to the Club Lounge. * Completes opening and closing side work including stocking plates, silverware, filling coffee grinder. * Retrieves fresh fruit display, pastry display, coffee, juices, etc., from kitchen areas and delivers to Club Lounge. * Retrieves and/or puts away dishes and silver from room service area and restocks kitchen, cleans area, and moves tables and chairs as required. * Organizes and displays breakfast by setting up food displays and drinks. * Displays bar, sets up bottles, cuts condiments, retrieves ice forms from room service to replenish bar. * Monitors the inventory and presentable condition of all glasses, dished and silver to ensure they meet Club standards. * Answers all telephone calls within three rings. * Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner. * Busses tables and maintains an overall clean Club Lounge. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Must be able to pull an push a minimum of 80 pounds. * Must be able to lift and carry minimum of 30 pounds. * Standing for 90 % of work shift is required. * Activities include standing, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, handling, lifting, carrying, seeing, hearing, talking, walking. SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: * Must have basic knowledge of food and beverages preparation. * Able to anticipate guest’s needs. * Efficiency and attention to detail, maintaining a keen sense of urgency at all times. * Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment * Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills at all times. * Able to anticipate guest’s needs. EDUCATION REQUIRED: * Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Prior hospitality experience preferred. LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES: * Food Handler’s Certificate required. * Must be minimum age to serve alcohol.
