As the Club Concierge with Tamarack, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and their guests, greeting them with a friendly smile and extending a warm welcome. Your responsibilities will include basic reception duties that will be handled with efficiency and grace. Maintaining Tamarack’s Standards of Guest Service is paramount, and you’ll play a vital role in upholding these esteemed standards. And your knowledge of the Club operations will ensure our members will have a lasting memory of their time at the Club. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned, including weekend work. Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service. Greet and check in members and their Guests while ensuring all service standards are followed. Will not only be responsible for checking in the members and guests but will be responsible for giving a positive first impression of the Club at Tamarack by portraying a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Answer members and guest inquiries regarding scheduled events, procedures and general information accurately in a timely manner. Provide information, recommendations and booking services for a variety of guest inquiries, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant and spa treatment reservations. Have a thorough knowledge the Club's Customs and Courtesies. Assist guests regarding resort activities & information on available amenities in an informative and helpful way. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner You need to have a fast-paced and dynamic personality. Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards. Help issue member cards when necessary. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Previous customer service experience required. Computer literacy in Microsoft Window applications required. Must possess a professional presentation. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Highly responsible & reliable. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm, and courteous at all times. Adaptability to changes in work environment and able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. Must enjoy working and interacting with the public.
