•Greet and welcome all guests at all times with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor, using guest names at every opportunity to foster a personal connection. •Deliver highly personalized and attentive service, ensuring Club Lounge guests feel recognized and valued throughout their stay. •Be fully informed of all daily arrivals to the Club Lounge, including regular guests, Club Floor guests, ICA guests, and VIPs. •Review communication logbooks and staff notice boards at the beginning of each shift to stay updated on important information and guest details. •Answer the telephone promptly and professionally using your name and department, providing courteous and efficient service. •Manage check-in and check-out procedures within the Club Lounge, including handling guest identification, issuing room keys, and managing safety deposit boxes with discretion. •Anticipate and respond to guest needs, recording and acting upon guest preferences, and efficiently handling messages, requests, questions, and concerns. •Serve as a trusted point of contact for all Club Lounge guests, assisting with anything from billing issues to providing local recommendations, while escalating matters to management when necessary. •Adhere to hotel safety and security procedures at all times, report any incidents, and wear protective equipment as required. •Maintain a polished appearance and professional conduct at all times, acting as a true ambassador of the hotel brand. •Stay fully informed about daily hotel events, lounge offerings, and local activities to proactively engage with and assist guests. •Support fellow colleagues and departments with ad-hoc duties, showing flexibility and teamwork, especially during busy periods.
