We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Club Host to be the face of our club and ensure our members have an exceptional experience every time they visit.
Padel Box Bermondsey will be comprised of 5 premium indoor courts, café/bar, mezzanine seating area and changing facilities with plans to extend the club with an additional 2 outdoor courts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Club Host you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for all members and guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure an exceptional customer experience, fostering a friendly and vibrant atmosphere within the club. You will also be responsible for serving customers a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snack from the café/bar
Your enthusiasm for sports, excellent organisational skills, and approachable demeanour will be key to creating a positive and inclusive environment.

Weekly hours may be adjusted as needed to accommodate scheduling requests or to provide holiday cover, ensuring flexibility for both staff and business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service Excellence
Greet and welcome all members and guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Be the go-to person for any queries, providing exceptional customer service that enhances the overall experience at the club.
Member Engagement
Build strong relationships with members, ensuring they feel valued and part of our community. Assist with bookings, memberships, general enquiries and running social sessions and tournaments.
Club Operations
Oversee daily operations, ensuring that the club is clean, organised, and ready for members to enjoy.
Bartending
Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and accommodating customer preferences.
Keep the bar area clean and well-organised, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and fully functional.
Ensure that alcohol is sold and consumed responsibly and in adherence with all applicable laws and regulations.
Adhere to food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices during drink preparation and service.
