QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing, and well-groomed appearance
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage the guest list and coordinate reservations, VIP entries, and bottle service
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of hospitality at all times
• Promote special events, drink promotions, or services to enhance guest experience
• Work closely with security and waitstaff to ensure smooth guest flow and safety
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the hostess area
• Uphold the club’s image and dress code standards
